CT-12000D Tools Measuring System

The universal device for all cases: measuring length 250 mm and drive through the ball screw. Z-axis 170 mm. Double management systems in all axes. Swivelling around 280 degrees with 300 mm sliding mounting plate. Look in all directions to 30 mm with dowel system can be repositioned. Included in delivery: Measurement Software, Interface, steel prism with back stop and steel shelf Prima, LED cold light source, ring light and diffuser and parallel taillight longer receiving rail.

Both measuring systems are read by means of an interface in the measurement software KITEC MAX. The pixel resolution in the highest zoom level with conversion lens 0.5x is 2 microns. Without conversion lens gives a complete second zoom range of a minimum pixel resolution of far gives sub-micron. A ball screw with hand wheel allows easy and extremely precise method of the entire optical unit on the precision guide. The length measuring system is integrated into the guide unit.

The adjustable mounting plate, which receives the steel prism included, is perfect for more tool holders. An optional adapter plate for Rollomatic Concentricity Pro or HSK adapters is available. The base plate is very suitable for own tool holders.
